The speeches were originally delivered by Daranee Charnchoengsilpakul.Ms Daranee, better known as Da Torpedo, is a member of the United Front of Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) being tried for making a speech that allegedly insulted the monarchy at a UDD rally at Sanam Luang on July 18 last year.Kayasit Pissawongprakarn, chief of the OAG's criminal litigation, said a working panel would examine the investigation report and the evidence. The prosecution will announce its decision on March 3 as to whether to proceed with the case and file the indictment against Mr Sondhi.Mr Sondhi was released on bail of 300,000 baht. He said he would hand in his explanation and evidence to prove his innocence of the charge within 30 days.Source - Bangkok Post Previous Article Puea Thai Demands PAD be Charged Next Article Puea Thai Demands PAD be Charged Print 1876 Rate this article: No rating Please login or register to post comments.
