Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban Thursday threatened criminal and disciplinary action against state officials who leak classified information after Foreign Ministry's classified information had been leaked to the Opposition. National Security Council secretary-general Thawil Pliansri said the National Security Keeping Committee meeting chaired by Suthep resolved to set out regulations on keeping state information confidential by not having to comply with the Information Disclosure Act and Computer Act.
